- Western Blot (Cell lysate)
- Western blot analysis of EIF4B polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3774) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). EIF4B (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).
- Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
- Western blot analysis of EIF4B polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3774) in 293 cell line lysates transiently transfected with the EIF4B gene (2 ug/lane). EIF4B (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma reacted with EIF4B polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3774) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
